I have over forty years of both public service and commercial experience in many different parts of the world, and am now recently retired from teaching a whole range of business-related subjects to people aged 15 – 55 at Fife College. These include English. Mathematics and IT skills, all of which are all vital in today’s world. My pupils at the college who completed their courses have gone on to higher level study or employment, or in some cases, both. I take a very personal approach to teaching, going out of my way to make sure that every lesson is both interesting and relevant, bringing in real examples from my own very extensive experience. Many of my pupils have gone from failing every practice assessment to getting grades well above what they expected in the actual examinations. All lessons are now offered on line (using Zoom), from my own virtual classroom. I have an Enhanced Disclosure and PVG from Disclosure Scotland
